This is the largest (4 inch) of the black varieties from Russia and is truly a gorgeous slightly flattened beefsteak. The flavor is strong and deep with slight sweet tones as well as tart and acidic. Cant call this one mild!! It takes patience to let this really reach maturity at full mahogany red with green shoulders.
80-85 days. Indeterminate. Regular leaf. 3 to 4 tall.
