Ok, last year was not the year for black tomatoes or my taste buds really developed and learned to just flip over these. This one was so very good! Cutting through shows the dark green shoulders on the top with the vibrant red meat and the greenish gel around the seeds going to a dark mahogany on the bottom. Gorgeous on a tomato plate! Very robust flavor that lingers wonderfully. Definitely a terrific black.
