We use the United States Postal Service to guide our shipping rates. If you are in the local area, we are more than willing to arrange pick up for you to save on any shipping. The shipping rates include taxes and package material, so there are no hidden costs to be found! We know how important it is to find decent prices, and we do our best to make it fair to both the customer and ourselves.

For those who live in CANADA -- it is more work and the USPS does do a good job auto calculating. What I need to do for these is to go and fill out customs forms etc. Most places won't. I am willing to, but I have to go and calculate and let you know so you pay just for shipping. To place an order from Canada, please use the business address and then I'll do the extra steps needed to prep for intercountry mailing. Questions -- just send me a note. I grew up in Canada, so I fully understand the frustration of trying to order from the US.

We ship items out as fast as possible -- usually within one day -- but we can't be held accountable for the Post Office problems that can and do occur. Please be assured that we know you want your items and we want to meet the customer needs as quickly as possible. Each order is prepared specifically for you.
